No information may be archived and/or reprinted in whole or in part or abstracted for use in any publication of any kind whatsoever for any use whatsoever, whether by public or private individuals and/or agencies and/or business entities and/or for academic and/or for research purposes without the express prior written consent of the publisher.

By READING information in sections the website which are reserved for the use of subscribers only, whether they have paid or not for this information, you agree and GUARANTEE that you will not copy, fax, retransmit or repost by any means whatsoever any part of the information contained therein to any other person, individual or corporate, at any location whatsoever without the express prior written consent of the publisher

Subscribers to the website AGREE and GUARANTEE that they will not give their name and password combination to any other person whatsoever.

In no event shall the publisher or its affiliates be liable to any subscribers or any other person for any decision made or action taken in reliance upon the information provided by the publisher, for any delays or interruptions in the delivery or the non-delivery of the publisher, or for such subscriber's or person's or company's lost revenues, lost profits or indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, whether alleged in contract, tort or otherwise. No information provided by the publisher constitutes an offer or solicitation of an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell commodities.

Anyone unwilling or unable to abide by the terms of this agreement shall immediately notify the publisher of such unwillingness to comply with these terms and conditions of subscription. If any monies were paid, a full refund for the unused portion of the subscription will be given.

Any subscribers found to be violating the terms of subscription shall be subject to immediate cancellation of their service, without refund, and may be subject to prosecution for copyright violation. Cash rewards may be made available from time to time for information leading to the discovery of such individuals and their successful prosecution for copyright violation.

As soon as you complete the secure credit card payment procedure, you will continue to a page maintained by the publisher where you can create a user name and password to access the website. Once your choice is accepted, your account will be created at the website and you will have immediate and complete access to all sections of the website. If there is a problem during the account creation process, our subscription department will set up an account for you and send the information you need to access the account to the email address you gave during the secure credit card payment procedure.

Since the information we provide is distributed via the website, there is no restriction on which country or countries to which we will deliver our information products. However, in order to receive this product customers need a valid email address and a computer with a valid and working connection to the internet.

AgReport's information products are deemed to have been delivered to each and every customer when each individual article and other information product is made available via the website. All customers are given user names and passwords, which they can use to access all material on the website as it becomes available. If customers encounter any problem accessing the website, they can contact our subscription department for help and/or to create a new name and/or password to access the website.

Refunds will only be issued if requested within 48 hours of the time of purchase. After that time, the amount refunded will be equal to the pro rata unused portion of their subscription less a set-up fee of U.S.$25.00 for customers paying in U.S. funds or less a set-up fee of CDN $40.00 for customers paying in Canadian funds. Amounts refunded will only be paid by cheque drawn on either a prime Canadian or U.S. bank.

Since the product delivered is an information product, customers may not return any merchandise for refund. No refunds nor credits will be issued for any email messages which do not arrive at the customers email address in a timely manner and/or which arrive in an incomplete and/or garbled state. No refunds nor credits will be issued for any difficulty customers encounter accessing the STAT website nor for any pages which arrive at the customers IP address slowly or in an incomplete and/or garbled state.

Unless otherwise specified, information contained on the AgReport website (hereinafter referred to as the "website") is copyrighted by STAT Communications Ltd., Canada (hereinafter referred to as the "publisher") and all rights are reserved to the material. What this means is that you do not have the right to reprint or redistribute material on this website in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of the publisher for each and every individual article contained on this website.
