DES MOINES - Nov 18/09 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the U.S. upper midwest.


Upper Midwest Organic Grain & Feedstuffs Report (Bi-Weekly)
Weighted Average Report for the Week Ending      11/14/09

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuff prices were mostly
steady with moderate demand and light offerings with the exception of corn
and soybeans, which saw heavier offerings over the past two weeks.  Wheat
and rye trade was limited, with heavy offerings of wheat noted.  Mold is
a threat this harvest for many producers, who are taking full advantage
of every dry, clear day that can be utilized. Monthly and third quarter
average prices are located below. All prices FOB the farm and negotiated
spot market.
