Upper U.S. Midwest Organic Grain and Feedstuffs

DES MOINES - May 5/10 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the U.S. upper midwest.


Upper Midwest Organic Grain & Feedstuffs Report (Bi-Weekly)
Weighted Average Report for the Week Ending      05/01/10

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuff prices were
lower with light demand.  Trade activity was weak to moderate.
Offerings of grain were moderate with good availability. Wheat
mids were reported $140-$160 per ton. Organic grain prices
have again declined this period, with many factors playing a
role - the most predominant being the current state of the economy.
Monthly and first quarter average prices are located below. All
prices FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.

Sale (usage).
