DES MOINES - May 19/10 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the U.S. upper midwest.

Upper Midwest Organic Grain & Feedstuffs Report (Bi-Weekly)
Weighted Average Report for the Week Ending      05/15/10

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuff prices were
mostly steady with light to moderate demand.  Trade activity was
weak to moderate. Offerings of grain remain moderate with good
availability.  Demand is greater for heavy test weight #2 corn.
Reports of producers selling organic wheat on the conventional
market are becoming more frequent as the market continues to
experience less demand and few-to-no spot market trades.
Monthly and first quarter average prices are located below. All
prices FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.
