Upper U.S. Midwest Organic Grain and Feedstuffs

DES MOINES - Aug 25/10 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the U.S. upper midwest.

Upper Midwest Organic Grain & Feedstuffs Report (Bi-Weekly)
Weighted Average Report for the Week Ending 08/21/10

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuffs prices were
very firm on moderate offerings and light to moderate demand.
Food grade wheat trade remains very limited in the Upper Midwest
while feed grade barley was more active throughout the region
this period. While reports of "sudden death" in conventional
soybeans are quite prevalent as of late, reports of critical
issues in organic beans have not been noted as of this date.
Monthly and second quarter average prices are located below.
All prices FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.
